Cerast Intelligence uses a simple coin-based payment system. You purchase coins and spend them on searches and results.
No Subscriptions
Pay only for what you use. No monthly fees or recurring charges.
Never Expire
Your coins remain in your account indefinitely. Use them whenever you need.
Instant Access
Coins are added to your account immediately after payment.
Purchasing Coins
Step 1: Go to Coins Page
Click "Coins" to see available coin packages.
Step 2: Choose a Package
Select the coin package that fits your needs. Packages are provided by Stripe and pricing is dynamic.
Step 3: Secure Payment
Complete your purchase through Stripe's secure payment system. We accept all major credit cards.
Security: We use Stripe for all payments. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. All transactions are PCI-compliant and encrypted.
What Do Coins Cost?
Coins are spent on two things:
Creating Searches
Each search you create costs coins. The exact cost is shown before you confirm.
Unlocking Results
Individual findings cost coins to unlock. Cost varies by category and criticality level.
Viewing Your Transactions
Track all your coin activity in two places:
Transaction History
See every coin transaction including:
- Coin purchases from Stripe
- Coins spent on searches
- Coins spent on unlocking results
- Referral earnings
- Refunds (if applicable)
Coin Purchases
View your payment history showing:
- Purchase date and time
- Amount paid
- Coins received
- Payment method
- Transaction ID
Earning Free Coins
Use the referral program to earn coins at no cost:
- Find your referral code in your profile
- Share it with others who sign up
- Earn commission when they purchase coins
- Track your earnings in transaction history
Bonus: You can also redeem someone else's referral code when you sign up to get bonus credits!
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds generally cannot be issued once coins are purchased or results are unlocked. However:
- False Positives: Report incorrect results and you may receive coin refunds after verification
- Technical Issues: Contact support if you experience payment or delivery problems
